The Government Polytechnic, Panaji, has excellent Laboratories, with the latest Machines and Equipments in each and every Department. The facilities are used not only to meet the academic requirements of the Departments, as laid down in the curriculum but also to take up external works under Internal Resource Generation (IRG) Scheme, Consultancy Services etc.
All the laboratories are totally upgraded and renovated. The different Laboratories procured a lot of latest Machines / Equipment / Instruments to keep abreast with the latest developments.
Every year additional items are installed as per the requirements of the individual Departments. The old, unserviceable and obsolete items are written off on the recommendations of the Condemnation Committee.
